All shipping is via FedEx. You will receive tracking of order.
Items Damaged in Transit
Items damaged in transit may be returned or replaced. Prior to return, we may ask for photographic or video evidence for our records. For any damaged in transit claims contact us by email.
Cancelled Orders
Should you wish to cancel your order before its shipment your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days of the cancellation.
Order Acceptance Policy
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Your receipt of an confirmation, in electronic or other form, does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Uprite Ergo® reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Out-of-Stock Products
While we attempt to identify items that are not available there may be times when the product you have ordered is out of stock which will delay the fulfillment of your order. We will inform you of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. In an out of stock situation you may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Returns
Product may be returned within 15 calendar days of receipt if the product is in the condition in which it was shipped by Uprite Ergo® (i.e. not assembled or used) and in its original packaging. Returns require the customer to pay the freight to ship the product back to Uprite Ergo® in addition to a $75 restocking fee for Sit2Stand units and $30 restocking fee for Rite-At-Hand Drawers.
